Ordering Process

1. Accepting orders - Each batch of apparels are open for 7 - 14 days before we proceed to order.
2. Payment collection - FULL payment is required to be made BEFORE the closing date.
3. Ordering stage - Order should be placed only for those who had paid for their merchandise.
4. Refund stage - We will do a FULL refund if the merchandise is out of stock.
5. Delivery from supplier - It takes at least 4 to 7 working days to reach us.
6. From Shopping Spree 7 to you - Once we receive the merchandise, we will dispatch to you within 2 working days.

Terms & Conditions

1. Order forms need to be filled up and email back to us at shoppingspree7@gmail.com, we will reply you within 24 hours.
2. Orders will be confirmed only AFTER full payments have been received before the closing date.
3. Items sold are NOT refundable and exchangeable.
4. No more hidden charges! Prices reflected here are one-time charge which includes the shipping fee and delivery fee (only local normal mail). Registered mail will have an additional of SGD$2.50 (price may vary depending on the weight of the apparel).
4. We will NOT BE held responsible for any packages lost in the mail, so registered mail is strongly recommended.
5. You may drop us a mail at shoppingspree7@gmail.com if you need more picture details or any enquiries, we will reply you within 24 hours.
6. Terms are prior to change without notice.
